Our commitment to Keeping Our Employees, Patient, and Clients Safe.
Preventing the spread of COVID-19 is a priority at HealthSource. We initially closed the clinic on 03/23/20 after concerns about the growing number of cases in Michigan. We reopened in late May armed with appropriate personal protective equipment. Additionally, we have implemented certain measures to assure the safety of our employees and patients. All areas of patient contact will be sanitized at the end of each appointment.
Physical Therapy Screening Procedures.
In an effort to ensure to health & safety of our employees and patients we will be implementing the following:
- We request all PT clients call us from the parking lot prior to entering the facility.
- If you are feeling ill for any reason, then please call us and we will gladly reschedule your appointment.
- Please wear a mask when entering the facility. If you do not have a mask, then one will be provided to you.
- All patients will require a temperature check at the beginning of their PT appointments.
- All clinicians will be wearing masks and gloves.
- If you have been traveling recently from a state with level 3 travel warnings (per the CDC), then please quarantine yourself for 14 days.
- If you have been previously diagnosed with COVID-19, or have been in contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19, and are seeking PT, then please connect with us to provide the relevant information so that we may direct your care to the appropriate providers.
